Working in an Agile environment across multiple projects, you’ll be key contact between relevant client stakeholders and our diverse technical teams. Your strategic understanding of clients’ business objectives and how our technical solutions fulfil these will be underpinned with a fluency in business processes and process differentiation. Understanding and negotiating the needs of varying stakeholders, you’ll prioritize and ensure the development teams understand the overall aim of the project and any business changes that arise, analyzing business requirements, recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
A natural leader, you’ll collaborate with others, effectively presenting and articulating your ideas, including those which increase adoption or customer satisfaction, both within your team and to senior management. By evaluating the project team’s performance, targets and deadlines will be aptly met.
Day-to-day you’ll:
Identify, create and facilitate process changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
Assess business process and system inefficiencies
Analyse and report the relevant data trends for informed decision making
Break down the IT and architectural requirements so that the entire team understands the infrastructure and technical requirements
With 4+ years working as a BA or PO and a BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field, combined with a strong background in Agile environments within web development will mean you can explain technicalities and solutions simply and efficiently. Commercially astute and analytical, with excellent documentation, you’ll be an adept mentor and professional consultant, plus lynchpin between the client and development team. A problem solver, able to manage risk, asking tough questions and pushing back professionally and creatively to ensure the success of the organisation and projects will come easily to you.

Experience with Jira and/or Confluence plus advanced written and spoken English are a must.
A GIT and/or Azure DevOps background would be an advantage.
